For customers

  1. Haama introduces you to independent businesses. Haama is not the contractor for any job.
  2. Haama is free for customers. You agree the price and pay the business directly.
  3. Please only rate jobs that actually happened.

For providers

  1. Haama introduces customers to providers. Haama is not the employer or the contractor for any job.
  2. You confirm that your business is registered (or you are a Maldivian professional) and that everyone you send to a job is legally allowed to work for you.
  3. No commission is charged on your work. Once credits are switched on, sending a quote uses one lead credit; founding providers receive free credits. Credits for requests where the customer never responds may be refunded.
  4. Please reply to a lead (quote or pass) within about 45 minutes, 8:00–22:00, and honour the price you quote unless the customer agrees to extra work.
  5. After a job, please report the final price. Prices are only published as anonymous ranges.
  6. Haama may pause providers after repeated no-shows or complaints. Either side can leave at any time.
