Haama is operated by ByteNova, Malé, Maldives. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

For a request: the service, area, timing, your description, your WhatsApp number and (optionally) your name. For providers: business details, registration number, contact person and number.

Who sees it

Up to 5 verified businesses see your job details and area, not your number. Only the business you choose gets your name and number, so they can arrange the job.

Prices

Final prices are used only as anonymous ranges on our Fair Prices page, and only once there are at least 5 jobs of a type.

ID documents

We may look at a provider's registration certificate or ID to verify them. We do not keep copies.
