Haama

If something goes wrong

Most jobs go well. When one doesn't, this is how it gets put right. It is the same for every customer and every business on Haama.

  1. Tell us within 14 days

If something went wrong with a job, report it from your request page within 14 days. Say what happened; dates and amounts help.

  2. The business answers first

The business has 3 days to make you an offer: come back and fix it free, refund part of the price, refund all of it, or explain why it disagrees. Fixing it comes first; refunds come second.

  3. You decide

Accept the offer or decline it. If you accept, tell us on your request page once it has happened. That closes it.

  4. Haama helps when you can't agree

If you decline, the business disagrees, the business stays silent, or what was agreed doesn't happen, the Haama team speaks to both of you and suggests a fair solution.

  5. Money stays between you and the business

You pay the business directly, so any refund comes from the business. Haama doesn't hold your money and can't order a refund. Haama gives back its own fee to the business when a job failed, and it can stop sending new customers to a business that doesn't put things right.

  6. Private and fair

What you and the business write here is not published. A business that repeatedly lets customers down gets fewer or no new jobs from Haama, and its rating reflects it.
